Refund & Exchange Policy
At Softwear SA, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
Exchanges
- Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original packaging
- In the same condition received
- Customers may exchange for:
- A different size
- A different product of the same value
- Another item by paying the difference if applicable
Refunds
- Refunds are only considered for:
- Incorrect items received
- Defective or damaged products
- Orders that cannot be fulfilled
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following may not be refunded or exchanged:
- Worn items
- Items without original packaging
- Sale or clearance items
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake was on our side.
- We recommend using a tracked courier service for returns and exchanges.
